I’m a 4th year Ph.D. candidate in economics and a 2021-2025 Madison and Lila Self Graduate Fellow at the University of Kansas.
My research interests lie at the intersection of health, labor, and family economics. Specifically, I am interested in topics surrounding:
Reproductive health
Social safety net participation
New parents' labor market outcomes
Beyond my research, I am passionate about peer mentorship and diversifying the field of economics. Upon finishing my Ph.D., I hope to enter academia and continue researching and teaching.
Outside of academia, I enjoy reading romance novels, volunteering at the library, cross-stitching, and seeing live theatre.
