I’m an Assistant Professor in the departments of economics and health studies at American University. 

My research interests lie at the intersection of health, family, and labor economics. Specifically, I am interested in topics surrounding:

• Maternal and reproductive health

• Social safety net participation

• Parents' labor market participation

Beyond my research, I am passionate about peer mentorship and diversifying the field of economics.
